Unit 21 A Light House Point is a coastal retreat on the first floor in the quaint complex, on Tybee Island's beautiful North Shore. This space offers everything you'll need and want for the perfect vacation getaway. The unit itself has a stunning ocean views from the living area, master bedroom and along with a balcony porch that stretches across the living room and master bedroom spaces. Three pools and tennis courts are also available on property.
This newly renovated unit has a sleeper sofa and additional seating in the open concept living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 6. You have beautiful view from everywhere in the unit. A king bed is coming in October for the main bedroom. There is two twin beds in bedroom #2. There are two full baths and a washer dryer in the unit. There is one assigned and one unassigned parking space.

You will be provided with a Starter Supply of:
- Paper Towels (1 roll)
- Toilet paper (2 per bath)
- Bath towels (interior use only)
- Bed linens (interior use only)
- Dish/hand soap
- Dish detergent
- Trash Bags (3)

- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
